{miss Abbie}

Abigail is definitely one of most favorite little girls to photograph.  Why does she have to live so far away??  Boo-hoo :(  She is such a doll and she and Isabella had such a fun time together in UT.  They would run around chasing each other and giggle and hold hands.  Love you, Abbers!

{the lake kids--urban}

Some of you may have already seen my post on my photography blog on the sessions I did with all my nieces and nephews while I was in UT--but I just thought I'd post them here, too!
TOTALLY struggling to get the true colors here when I upload them to Blogger, but I just cannot post the high-res files--they are too big.  UUGHH!

{pioneer day}

Its always fun to visit Utah on the 24th of July to be part of the celebration of Pioneer Day.  This day we all went to Pioneer Village and Brigham Young's Farm.  There were so many fun activities and crafts for the kids--they all had a really great time.

izzy was sooo excited to ride on the pony.  i was a little shocked because she is very hesitant with our horses here at home.  "Honey" gave her a really gentle ride---she was in heaven!

izzy was really drawn to Hillary.  any chance she got, she would make her way into this auntie's arms and pretend like I didn't exist.

me and Ang--i loved hanging out with her and little Abbie, who is one of my most favorite little girls to photograph.  Andrea is an awesome mom and always up for a trip to Dick's for their amazing pastries.  thanks, Ang, for the few extra pounds I gained on that trip :)
the Garner gals

{lots-o-fun}

As you can see here, the Garner's have bred quite a few cuties, and boy, do I love taking pictures of them!!  This night was a lot of fun as we celebrated Cole's 8th bday and played in Grandma and Grandpa's fun backyard.
LOVE the girl...

Just LOOK at those 2 faces...is that hilarious or what?
I think they are happy together?

{shower for heather}

We had a fantastic shower for Heather, my youngest sister, who is expecting a baby girl in October.  It was a beautiful morning and everyone helped out so much.  Special attention needs to be given to Miss Camille, though, because not only did she provide the Martha Stewart-inspired food, but she labored some major hours to sew the custest aprons for all the girls.  Watch out Anthropologie, cuz Camille knows a thing or two about putting some great fabric together.  It really was a great idea to have us all in these cute aprons.  We had a great time and I just cannot wait to see this little baby girl, Heather!!!

{Is Izzy on the run?}

Okay, so I totally splurged on this Isabel Garreton dress at my favorite boutique (no, I don't get ALL of her clothes for free :))
and I took her outside super quicky tonight while I was making din-din and got some great shots. I just love this age--everything about it.
It does kinda look like she's taking off down the road, doesn't it?

{riding camp}

Olivia was thrilled, to say the least, to attend riding camp at Grey Goose Farm again.   The camp lasted a full week and she hated to see it end.  She not only got a private lesson each day, but they made crafts, cleaned out horse stalls, and groomed the horses.
She is begging to do lessons this fall...

{skate camp}

Jaxon had a blast at skate camp, and he even had some stiff competition.  This fueld a big-time fire within Jaxon since he has been "mini-Tony Hawk of the skate park" for quite some time.  He started dropping in the half pipes when he was just in preschool.  The kid has no fear and just LOVES this stuff.  He did come away with some nasty war wounds--proof enough that he is awesome at what he does!

{liv's 11th bday party}

So I am officially the WORST mom ever.  Olivia's party was almost 2 months ago and I am just now getting around to posting some pics of it.  We had a really great time at Sabe's parent's house.  Thank goodness for that mansion and pool!!!
And, as you can see, I managed to take more pics of Izzy than the birthday girl, so sorry Liv!
She's just too cute, and it also doesn't help that Olivia hates to have her pics taken!
