{Young Women in Excellence 2013}

Olivia chose to take on this event for one of her big YW projects.  She chose an awesome theme, "Beautiful to Him."  She had a great vision of how she wanted to the night to go and after many hours of planning and preparing, it was an awesome night.  Everything came together and the message that we are beautiful to our Savior was apparent as these girls shared their talents and testimonies.
It is so rewarding as a mother to see her daughter grow into such a beautiful person, inside & out.  Olivia has such a strong testimony and, as always, a very sensitive spirit.  I am so proud of her and I love that she & I have become so close this past year. 
A little happy this project is over....
Here are some pics from the night!  We had a fun little photo booth area which proved to be quite a hit.   My friend, Heather Smith, helped us decorate and I couldn't have done it with out her!  She has a great touch to everything.  We used lots of painted pumpkins, moss, and burlap.  I took most of the girls' pictures at the Draper Temple and we used those in frames next to their display.  For dessert, we just did a fun table with milk & cookies.  Super fun!
