{pinewood derby}
the derby is always so much fun for these boys. Sabe has gotten better each year helping Jaxon build the car, unlike the first year that he cut the dang thing using a hack saw and lots of naughty words. the best thing about Sabe and Jaxon is that they are quietly competitive and just enjoy the competition. Just because I can paint an entire house does NOT mean that I can do a detail paint job on a derby car, but I'm getting better as the years go on as well. We had a fun time and Jaxon really enjoyed doing this with his best buddy and cousin, Mason.

That's cool that you guys make this a big deal and that all of you help out to make it a good experience for Jax. He'll remember this forever. Awesome car too Jen, I'm pretty sure you are a good painter whatever your painting.
Wait a minute!! Aren't the boys supposed to cut and paint the car all by themselves--just kidding! I know that it takes the whole family. Jaxon is just getting more and more good looking the older he gets.
I love seeing the activities you are doing with your children. They are going to remember all these fun times growing up because of the wonderful photos you have taken to remind them. We miss seeing you and your family in person!!
