{Seahawks take the victory!}

Jaxon's first football season was incredible.  The experience has been awesome for this whole family--Sabe has felt the fever of coaching, Jaxon has a new love & lots of new buddies, Olivia knows what true team spirit feels like, Izzy has a new-found passion for cheerleading, and I love pretty much everything about it.  Its what life is all about, at least for 3 months out of the year :)
I am so greatful for theses coaches that dedicate so much time to these boys.  They're not all meat-heads or screaming jerks.  They are passionate, they are teachers, and they believe in their team.  From practices to games, every moment was an awesomeexperience for Jaxon.  He had 20 new friends and has never felt so strongly what is was to be a team until he became a Seahawk.
The day of the championship game was a very memorable day for everyone.  Their was so much spirit in the air and we all just felt lucky to be a part of it.  The Seahawks won 7-0--it was a tough fight and those boys played well.  Olivia and I were on the sidelines just as nervous and tense as ever.  And when there were a few minutes left and we knew they were going to win, it felt amazing.  It really did.  All that hard work and all those hours of practices and Sabe's 1 1/2 hour commute to practice every day paid off.  It was a moment I will truly never, ever forget.
They were the champions.  They always will be.
Here are a few of my favorite photos of Jaxon's 2010 football season....(there's only a few :))
